IT People (India) Ltd. presented their prestigious IT People Awards for Excellence 2007 at the Taj Lands End, Mumbai on Friday, January 19th, 2007 which was attended by top-notch IT professionals. The IT People Awards for Excellence was instituted by IT People (India) Limited in the year 2006 and 2007 award function was the second such award function in a series.

In keeping with the dynamic nature of the IT industry, this year the new categories of IT People Award for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Young Achiever, Marketing in IT sector etc have been included along with categories like IT People CEO of the Year Award, IT People CIO of the Year Award, IT People Lifetime Achievement Award etc.
